capitolH.R. 1717, The Medicare DMEPOS MarketPricing Program Act of 2013, was introduced into the House late last night,April 24. This is thanks to the bipartisan efforts of Congressmen Tom Price,M.D. (R-Ga.) and Tom Larson (D-Conn.). The bill was introduced to repeal andreplace the current bidding program with the Market Pricing Program(MPP).
