CEDI Ongoing Issue with Electronic Remittance Advices

As reported on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 CEDI has identified an issue with electronic remittance advices (ERAs) delivered to our Trading Partners where the GE01 field is blank. CEDI has put a hold on ERAs beginning Wednesday, August 8, 2012 to not deliver the ERA files until the fix is put in place.


CEDI is working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will provide updates on our progress.


Once the issue is resolved, CEDI will recreate the ERAs from August 7th,, process any held ERAs, and deliver these to our Trading Partners.  These ERAs will have the GE01 correctly populated.


We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we will send an E-mail Update when this issue has been resolved.
