Need ATP Prep or Recertification CEUs? U.S. Rehab has You Covered.

U.S. Rehab frequently receives phone calls about what we have to offer for ATP prep courses, classes that can be used for ATP recertification or upcoming training opportunities. We offer two ATP prep courses: the Assistive Technology Training Program (ATTP) and the Seating and Mobility Master Program in addition to courses focused on seating and mobility that can be purchased individually.

The ATTP has 16 different courses that cover anatomy and physiology, engineering principles, seating and mobility, augmentative alternative communication, control interfaces, AT in the home, workplace and school, wheelchair transportation and more. The program offers 30 contact hours (3.0 CEUs). More information can be found on our website.

The Seating and Mobility Master Program includes the ATTP plus an additional 50 courses and webinars that are focused on seating and mobility specifically. This program offers 7.9 CEUs. Unique to this program are the case studies involved. After all of the online courses have been completed, three case studies are provided to give a hands-on experience on what type of equipment should be provided to a person. Our education consultant, Roni Burns, ATP, will work one-on-one with the individual to discuss the recommendations and any questions they may have.

If you need a few contact hours, we also offer a selection of courses written specifically for rehab providers. Online courses are available for purchase on various common diagnoses in CRT, choosing the appropriate equipment, wheelchair adjustments, mat evaluations and more. Descriptions and CEU offerings for each of these courses can be found here.

Webinar Series in March: Top Diagnoses in CRT

U.S. Rehab is diligently adding to our educational offerings. We have worked with Dr. Kirsten Davin from Precision Seating Solutions, a physical therapist and nurse practitioners from Allen College to develop a five-part webinar and education series: Understanding the Top Diagnoses in CRT: Prevalence, Diagnosis and Intervention. Webinars are presented on traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, ALS, cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis. The series will give a perspective of the diagnoses from the angles of a PT, OT, EMT and a nurse. Each webinar will be two hours in length and will offer 0.2 CEUs.

Three webinars are still coming up this month. Click here for more information or to register. Don’t miss out on this new and unique learning opportunity.

If you have any questions about our educational offerings, please let us know by calling 800-987-7342.
